At ALL BABY LOVE LIMITED (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. This Refund and Return Policy (this “Policy”) explains the terms and conditions that apply when you request a refund or return for products purchased from our independent website (the “Website”). This Policy sets out the rules for returns, refunds, and abnormal order handling, and is prepared with reference to applicable U.S. consumer protection requirements.

1. Return Request Period

You may request a return and refund within 45 calendar days from the date you receive your order, as determined by the delivery confirmation date (the “Return Period”), subject to this Policy.

We will clearly display this return and refund policy on the relevant pages of the Website, including the applicable period, product condition requirements, refund method, and exceptions.

2. Return Conditions

To complete a return successfully, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

(1) The product has not been used and remains in the same new condition as when received;

(2) The product retains all original packaging, hangtags, labels, and accessories;

(3) The product does not fall within any of the following excluded categories:

    (a) Food, plants, flowers, or other perishable goods;

    (b) Products marked as “as is,” “no returns accepted,” “all sales final,” or with similar wording;

    (c) Products that have been used or damaged after purchase;

    (d) Customized goods made according to your requirements;

    (e) Underwear, swimwear, or other products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons;

    (f) Products that have been opened and cannot be restored to their original condition, including products without original packaging.

3. Return Process

For products that meet the return conditions, please follow the steps below:

(1) Within the Return Period, contact our customer service team by email at hello@letsmaketoy.com and provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and product photos, if applicable.

(2) Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days after receiving it and will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”).

(3) After receiving return authorization, please pack the product securely and return it within the time period specified in the return authorization notice. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns and send them back to you.

4. Return Shipping and Fees

(1) If the return is due to a product quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect, a product that materially differs from the order description, or a functional failure, ALL BABY LOVE LIMITED will bear the return shipping cost. For confirmed quality issues or wrong items shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label, or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after you submit valid shipping proof.

(2) If the return is due to a non-quality reason, such as a change of mind or mistaken purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and such postage may be deducted from your refund amount.

(3) You should use a shipping method that provides a tracking number when returning products. The Company is not responsible for products lost due to your failure to use a trackable shipping method.

6. Refund Method and Timing

(1) Refund processing time: We will process your refund within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions.

(2) Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The actual posting time is subject to your card issuer or payment service provider.

(3) Refund amount:

    • If the returned product meets all conditions under Section 2 of this Policy, we will refund the actual purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping fee, if applicable.

    • The deduction rules below apply only to returns for non-quality reasons and do not apply to returns caused by quality issues. For non-quality returns, if the product shows signs of use, is missing original packaging or accessories, or is otherwise affected in a way that impacts resale, we may deduct a reasonable depreciation fee or restocking fee based on the product’s condition. The specific amount will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

    • For products that do not conform to warranty or quality requirements, the refund may deduct the reasonable value attributable to the user’s use of the product.

7. Exchanges

In principle, this Policy applies only to returns and refunds. If you would like to exchange a product, such as for a different color, please return the original product under this Policy, complete the refund process, and place a new order on the Website for the desired product.

For exchanges caused by our own error, such as shipping the wrong color or model, we will bear your return shipping cost and arrange a free exchange after confirmation.

8. Exceptions

(1) We reserve the right not to accept requests submitted after the Return Period.

(2) Clearance items or discounted items remain subject to the regular return policy unless the product page clearly states Final Sale / All Sales Final.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to the Company by the carrier due to an inaccurate address provided by you, failure to contact the recipient, repeated refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, we will refund the remaining amount to your original payment method after deducting the actual two-way shipping costs incurred. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the reshipping cost separately, and we will arrange shipment again.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be published on the Website and will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise required by law.
